With over almost 4 decades experience in Coaching, Wellness and Holistic Beauty I have a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of natural beauty and the diversity of treatments that enhance our well-being and anti-aging strategies. With a unique fusion of experience and training you are in the safe hands of my tailored approach.

My career has taken me around the world, as Director of BeautyontheQE2, International sales and training Director of Sisley Paris Skin Care, and Co-Founder of Espa International.

Training in the Ayurvedic disciplines of beauty and health took me to the roots of natural remedies, Reiki healing and the vibrational benefits of incorporating Crystal Therapy, Earth Stone Therapy and Lomi Lomi Massage.

From blissful massage to personalised programmes of wellness, I specialise in navigating menopause with grace, providing bespoke protocols using meditation, breath work and the latest science backed nutrition. I believe the key to looking good is feeling that way too.
